On a typical shift you will follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest.
