Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Butler County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
