Groundsman wanted in Haywood County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will work at a landscaping company. Requirements: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting On a typical shift you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
