GMAW welder — Richardson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Richardson County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
