Now hiring: we are hiring a tile installer in Jefferson County, Arkansas. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. The role involves mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
