Safety marshal • Harding County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Harding County, New Mexico. You will be based on a high-rise building project. Day to day you will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
