Solid plasterer — Gratiot County

Now hiring: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Gratiot County, Michigan. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. On the job you will handle: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
