Chef de partie — Bartholomew County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bartholomew County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
