Oven operator — Hidalgo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time with occasional weekends.
