Floor care technician — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor care technician in Cumberland County, Maine. You will be based at a shopping centre. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Flexible to cover weekends and rotating shifts • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment Day to day you will segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins; clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas; clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free; make up beds and change bed linen and towels; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets.
