Shop floor worker — Karnes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Karnes County, Texas. Day to day you will keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging. Ideal candidate: • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Keen eye for detail on quality checks We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
