Powder coating sprayer — Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Union County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
