Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Utah County, Utah. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Your main tasks: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
