Quality control inspector — North Tyneside

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in North Tyneside, England. The job is on a garment production line. Your main tasks: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer £2,550 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
