Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Columbia County, Oregon. You will be based at a stone quarry. Your main tasks: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Full-time with occasional weekends.
