MIG welder — Huerfano County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Huerfano County, Colorado. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
