Formwork joiner — Pend Oreille County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Pend Oreille County, Washington. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
