Cnc setter-operator wanted in Shelby County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Shelby County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
