Press machine operator — McIntosh County

Join our team: we are hiring a press machine operator in McIntosh County, North Dakota. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
