Kitchen cook — Silame

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Silame, Sokoto State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦270,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
