Machine setter-operator — Udi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Udi, Enugu State. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
