You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day to day you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller.
