Abattoir worker — Gibson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Gibson County, Indiana. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
