Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Pondera County, Montana. The job is at a busy building site. Day to day you will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
