Urgent requirement: we are hiring a telesales agent in Benton County, Iowa. You will be based at an FMCG distributor. Ideal candidate: • Accurate in handling cash • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis Day-to-day duties: • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests Pay around $5,000 per project, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
