Fry cook — Sauk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Sauk County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
