You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
