Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Bowie County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Requirements: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
