Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Rotating shifts.
