Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Fika, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
