What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time, day shift.
