On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
