Powder spray gun operator — Walthall County

Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
