Join our team: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a textile mill. Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet 5+ years on the tools preferred.
