Waterproofing applicator • Chippewa County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Chippewa County, Michigan. You will work at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift.
