Confectioner — Calvert County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Calvert County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
