Surface coating operator wanted in Wasagu-Danko

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
