Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Navarro County, Texas. Day to day you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
