Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Six days a week, one day off.
