We are recruiting: excavator operator (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Hettinger County, North Dakota. You will be based at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
