Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Morgan County, Alabama. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
