Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Coventry, England. You will work on residential new-build sites. The role involves: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds £2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
