Panel painter • Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a spray booth. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels ₦100,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
