Surface coating operator — Fayette County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Fayette County, Texas. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
