Pressman wanted in Larue County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pressman in Larue County, Kentucky. You will work at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
