Electrical maintenance fitter — Pender County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Pender County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy electrical contractor. Ideal candidate: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards Day to day you will isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
