We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Ikwo, Ebonyi State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
