Join our team: we are hiring an assembly operator in Coventry, England. On the job you will handle: • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
