The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
