Rigger — Dan Musa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigger in Dan Musa, Katsina State. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams On the job you will handle: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
